Wellmark Aloe & Oatmeal Shampoo & Conditioner can be used to help with the following concerns:
Dry, irritated skin
Tangled, matted fur
After a medicated shampoo regimen to replenish skin moisture

How to use the product
Step 1: Wet coat thoroughly.
Step 2: Apply and lather shampoo over entire body, allowing for 5 minutes of contact time.
Step 3: Rinse thoroughly.

Colloidal means small particles that are suspended in a solution. So, in this case the oatmeal is nicely dispersed in the shampoo and not clumped together or settled on the bottom.
