Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that proof of purchase is presented. The following conditions apply:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Products with manufacturing defects may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that proof of purchase is presented. The following conditions apply:

  • If the product has been opened or used, it must still be in its original packaging for a refund to be processed.

  • Safety Items
  • Raw and Frozen Food

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  3. We will process your return request within 48 hours. Please await further instructions from our customer service team.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees.

 

Chargebacks

Credit card disputes and chargebacks are considered fraudulent activity by BonAppawtite, and all evidence related to your order/customer history will be submitted to dispute such claims. BonAppawtite reserves the right to block all future and related orders from customers who have filed credit card disputes or chargebacks against our company.
